Losing Weight, Motivation

I weighed myself this morning…

My last weigh in was January 5th at Weight Watchers. Since I haven’t had the time to go and have had to quit going to ww to save on money I haven’t weighed myself in awhile. To be honest, I was REALLY nervous. But, I knew I needed to weigh myself to know where I stood. So, this morning I did it and I lost 8.2lbs! YES! This is AWESOME! I’m so excited. I currently weigh 208.6. 9 pounds to my first goal. I HAVE to get there! I have until Feb 19th. I can do this right? RIGHT!

I’m drinking more water than I have been and tracking. My next DR appt is Feb 19th and I really want to be to 199 when I go. I know I can do it with some hard work and determination.

So, I’m feeling pretty good today. I hope I can continue to keep up the good work.
