SO…I weighed myself this morning and drumroll please…210.7! To remind you, when I went to the DR last month (2/19) I weighed 221! That’s a whopping 11 pounds off in one month!
I’m feeling pretty awesome lately! Between trying really hard to eat well and exercising at least 4 times a week, I feel great. I even have days where I can’t wait to go to the gym! But, working out has never been a problem for me.
I’ve always liked working out. I enjoy working hard, getting sweaty and feeling like I’ve done something. It’s the portion control and healthy eating that proves to be the most difficult for me. But, I’m working hard to change that.
Anyone can do this if they want it bad enough. I know I do.
